In January 2010, Cristi Pana was appointed Senior Pastor of Harvest Metanoia Ploeisti. Cristi holds a BS from University of Bucharest, a BA from Baptist Theological Institute, Bucharest, and an MDiv from The Master's Seminary in California.
The third Harvest Metanoia in Romania, Pastor Cristian puts forth the call "to be a church with high impact in the secular society...to be instruments through which men and women will come to a saving faith in Christ Jesus."
Cristi says, "God has called me to preach His Word in an expository manner, to lead His local church to reach its highest potential to serve this dying world, and to work with a team of brothers in order to implement the vision of the church."
