Bringing a multi-faceted background to his ministry, Bill and his wife Pam spent twenty years owning a variety of businesses in Southern California and Las Vegas. With the Lord clearly drawing them, Bill and his wife were radically saved in 1998; Bill responded with an immediate hunger and thirst for God’s Word.
Within a few years Bill and Pam had written a course called "Practical Steps for a Biblical Marriage" and taught it to thousands of couples at their home church, Prestonwood Baptist Church in Texas and at retreats around the States. Entering full-time ministry in 2001, Bill cultivated a thriving men's ministry and discipleship program, as well as planting a second location for Prestonwood.
With a foundation of abundant fruit-bearing ministry experience, Bill begin a pulpit ministry at Harvest North Phoenix in 2008. Harvest North Phoenix has continued to thrive as the church remains faithful to their mission of "Lost people saved, saved people matured, and mature people multiplied…to the glory of God". In addition, Bill and Pam are blessed with three sons: Andrew, Blake and Brett.
