We're about passionately pursuing the fulfillment of Jesus Christ's promise to build His church... because we believe the mission of the church is missions, and the mission of missions is the church.

Since our story began in 1988, God has multiplied this ministry. This is the Lord's doing and it is marvelous in our eyes.

Our Method

• Recruit and Assess: We assess and select all Senior Pastor candidates through intensive residency programs at the Harvest Training Center.
• Train and Coach: We lead and labor alongside each planting and transitioning church throughout their varied stages of growth—from core group development, to pastoral training, to launch and the years that follow.
• Plant and Replant: We plant new Harvest Bible Chapel's and replant existing churches to become a Harvest Bible Chapel.
• Mentor and Equip: We mentor and equip Senior Pastors and church plants through coaching relationships, elder direction, and a variety of high-level training opportunities on an ongoing basis.
• Welcome Affiliates: We extend Harvest Affiliation to other churches that hold to our core doctrines.
