Our relationship with Harvest Bible Chapel gives us access to proven leaders that are excellent teachers and communicators of God’s Word.

Mentors and instructors include:

	Dr. James MacDonald is the Founding and Senior Pastor of Harvest Bible Chapel, and has committed his life to proclaiming the truth of God’s transforming power. He has emphasized the priority of prayer, boldness in evangelism, spirit-filled worship and unapologetic proclamation of God’s Word for over twenty years of faithful ministry. James’ teaching, which emphasizes the precise exposition of God’s Word and its practical life application, can be heard on Walk in the Word, a daily 30-minute radio program heard on over 800 outlets across North America. James also regularly speaks at Bible and pastor’s conferences; has authored numerous books including I Really Want to Change . . . So, Help Me God (Moody, 2000) and Gripped by the Greatness of God (Moody, 2005) and 10 Choices to Change Your Life Forever (Thomas Nelson, 2008). James and his wife Kathy married in 1983, have three children and one grandson, and reside in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
	Rick Donald is the Assistant Senior Pastor at Harvest Bible Chapel, where he has served since 1989. He oversees congregational care, assimilation, and the FOCIS ministry, which helps people overcome addictions through the power of Christ. A true pastor with a shepherd’s heart, Rick’s passion is to see people grow in their desire to know and reflect Jesus in their life.
	Kent Shaw serves as the Executive Director of Harvest Bible Fellowship, the church planting arm of Harvest Bible Chapel. He is also a Harvest elder and oversees Harvest Missions, Compassion, and Prayer Ministries. He and his family have attended Harvest since 1997. Kent has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and 20 years experience in the marketplace in the healthcare sector prior to coming on staff at Harvest.
	Bill Molinari serves as Director of Operations for the Fellowship, after spending 21 years as president of VanKampen Funds Inc., and 5 years as the executive director of Leadership Resources International. With past service on numerous business and ministry boards, Bill currently serves on the board of Grace To You, as well as chairing the board of Leadership Resources International. Attending Harvest Bible Chapel Elgin since 2004, Bill and his wife Cheryl have eight children and three grandchildren.

Residents also interact extensively with Harvest church plant pastors and others who possess extensive experience in communications, worship, small groups, Children’s Ministry and other types of ministry.
